Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer to turn complex product concepts into easy-to-use, beautiful digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to build products that users love.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Gather user requirements, conduct usability testing, and analyze feedback to identify pain points.
- Information Architecture: Create user flows, storyboards, wireframes, sitemaps, and process flows.
- Visual & UI Design: Design graphic elements, menus, widgets, and complete high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile.
- Prototyping: Build interactive mockups and prototypes to test functionality before final development.
- Collaboration: Partner with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in modern design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
